Call-out fee – May apply depending on distance to travel; we also apply a surcharge for longer distances or emergency visits.

Safety & Hygiene
Your safety is paramount. We follow NHS infection-prevention protocols, using single-use suction tips, and medical-grade wipes. All instruments are thoroughly disinfected between visits in accordance with BSHAA (British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists) guidelines, ensuring clinical-grade care in every appointment.
Preventing future wax build-up
-
Use olive-oil spray as and when needed to keep wax soft and mobile.
-
Avoid cotton buds – they push wax deeper and can scratch the ear canal.
-
Stay hydrated – adequate fluid intake helps natural wax migration.
Book routine cleans every 6-12 months if you wear hearing aids or naturally produce more wax.
